silversmith Leopold Weininger, standing on square base decorated with four putti at the edges, alternated by four lapis-lazuli plaques with putti, base mounted by urn shaped lapis-lazuli vase with time band, the hour is indicated by the silver-gilt snake head, 20,5x7x7 cm.
