representing a fox snatching a fasan. Signed in the interior Giacomo Raffaelli fece Roma 1793 and French marks indicating 1774 - 1780. The subject of two animals in a clinch is a often used motif for the micromosaic panels, as e.g. the version of Belloni, realized in Paris and inserted in a watch.
